Ningileri Thayillath Family Temple

Naravoor Sri Mahavishnu Kshetram (also known as Kizhakke Ambalam) is the family temple of the members of Thayillath Thavazhi of Ningileri Tharavadu, located in Paral, Kuthuparamba, Kerala. The temple was built in the 1900s by Judge Sri Ayilliath Narayanan Nambiar. After his time the ownership of the temple was transferred to his wife Srimathi Ningileri Thayillath Parvathy Amma.

As per tradition, the seniormost female member of Parvathy Amma's descendents becomes the rightful owner of the temple. Under her patronage, a Managing Committee consisting of members elected from the family rules over the temple.

Today, this popular holy shrine is worshipped not only by the members of Ningileri Thayillath Thavazhi but also by other members of Ningileri Tharavadu as well as the local public. 

A Mathru Samithi, consisting of women members from the local community of devotees, helps the Managing Committee in conducting the day-to-day affairs.
